Call Recordings

If you enable call recording on your account, recordings are stored on our platform and accessible to account administrators. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of call recording complies with all applicable federal, state, and local wiretapping and notification laws, including obtaining required consent from all parties to a call.

Voicemail audio and any transcriptions are stored securely and accessible only to authorized users of your account. Voicemail data is retained per Section 6.

CPNI — Customer Proprietary Network Information

As a telecommunications provider, CallBreezy is subject to FCC rules governing Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). We use CPNI only as permitted under 47 U.S.C. § 222 and FCC regulations: to provide the communications services you have subscribed to, and to protect the security of your account. We will not share your CPNI with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit approval.

  • Password hashing using bcrypt;
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis;
  • Regular security assessments and monitoring.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.
